Super faint positive frer Jan 5, 2010 · How faint is faint? My line was super squinty faint at 12 DPO, by 17 DPO is was half as dark as the control. I'm a little nervous because with my son, I had a positive at 8 dpo and a I got the faintest of lines at 9 dpo with a dollarama test andtook a frer and it was a super faint, I don’t think anything would have shown that early. Is this a bad sign? With my son i had a strong positive by 12 dpo so I’m just a little nervous. It was hard to see but definitely there, and it actually showed up a while after I used it (like later in the day- I saw the line after I got home from work!). I will say the one from two days ago is a tiny bit lighter than this mornings, but not by much. At 31 DPO when I miscarried, the line was just as dark as the control line and my HCG levels were 236 obviously WAY to low to be that far along.  Below are both FMU, but when I took the test again in Oct 13, 2013 · The faintness of the line tells you nothing about the viability of the pregnancy.
